సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యం కొరకు సనాతన ఋషులు క్రియ (ఋషి క్రియ) లను తమ దైనందిన జీవితంలో ఒక భాగంగా అనుసరిస్తూ సంపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యంతో శాంతియుతమైన జీవితాన్ని గడిపేవారు. కాలక్రమేనా ఈ క్రియా విధానాన్ని ఋషి సంతతి, వారి శిష్యగణం, సాధకుల అభిరుచి మేరకు సులభపరుచుట వలన కలుషితము అయినది. మనం స్వీకరించి, అనుసరించే పధ్ధతి సరిఅయినదిఅయి ఉండాలి. ఆ పధ్ధతి విధి విధానాన్ని సమర్దవంతముగా తెలియచేసి ఆపాదించే నిష్ఠాతుల వృత్తి (సాధకుడు) మనకు కావాలి. ఈ అరుదైన విశిష్ట వ్యక్తి "ధ్యానం మాస్టారు". వీరు క్రియలను స్వయముగా సాధన గావించి రూపొందించిన కోర్సు "క్రియ యోగ".
